Border Patrol Can Remove Razor Wire At Texas Border

By a 5-4 vote Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court granted an emergency appeal from the federal government. It will allow Border Patrol agents to cut razor wire that Texas installed on the U.S.-Mexico border. A lawsuit over the wire continues. The concertina wire is part of Greg Abbott’s fight with the Biden administration over immigration enforcement.
